Student Course Feedback Instructor Results
Overview
Student Course Feedback (SCF) helps you reflect on your teaching and identify areas for improvement. Each term, instructors receive reports summarizing student responses to both quantitative and open-ended questions.

Beginning Summer 2025, instructor reports will be available through the new Qualtrics Dashboard.
-
You’ll log in with your University SSO (CIS login)

-
Download reports as PDFs for your records or reviews
🔒 The dashboard will be available starting August 12, 2025.
A full walkthrough and help resources will be posted soon.
Historical Reports
Reports collected using the Blue platform from Spring 2024 – Summer 2025 will also appear in the Qualtrics Dashboard.
Reports from Spring 2021 – Fall 2023 are being added to your department’s Box archive folders, which already include reports from 2007–2020.

Using Your Feedback
SCF reports are often used in:
-
Self-reflection and teaching improvement
-
Peer mentoring
-
Formal reviews (e.g., RPT, TFR)
If you’re preparing materials for a review, consider including feedback summaries across multiple semesters and noting patterns or improvements over time.
